What We Offer
Three services, one standard of care.
Whether a watch needs a routine overhaul, a surface refresh, or extended conservation work, Tempora approaches it the same way — carefully, with documentation, and with your agreement at each step.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How we approach every job
Every watch that comes to Tempora follows the same intake process, regardless of service type. We photograph it, describe its condition in writing, and note anything the owner has told us. Then we assess — sometimes this is a brief check that confirms what was expected; sometimes it reveals something the owner didn't know.
What changes between services is the scope and duration of work, not the care applied or the quality of communication. A routine service gets the same timing verification and written record as a conservation project.

Shared Standards
What every service includes
Photographic intake record
Case, dial, and strap photographed on arrival and filed against the intake form. You receive a copy.
Secure workshop custody
Watches in our care are held under secure conditions. Intake and release are logged by name, date, and staff member.
Timing machine verification
Serviced movements are measured on a timing machine across positions before reassembly. Results go in the service record.
Water-resistance testing
Sealed cases are pressure-tested to their rated depth after reassembly. Cases that don't hold are reported before collection.
No surprise costs
If work beyond the agreed scope is found during service, we contact you before doing it. Nothing is added to the bill without prior discussion.
Service record on collection
A written record accompanies every completed piece. Useful for insurance, resale value, and future servicing decisions.
