How long does a routine service take?
Most routine maintenance and adjustment work is completed within ten to fifteen working days. If we find anything that extends this — an unexpected worn part, for example — we contact you before proceeding, so you're never left wondering.
Do I need to book an appointment to drop off my watch?
Walk-ins are welcome during workshop hours. For heritage pieces or detailed consultations, an appointment ensures the right amount of time is set aside. You can request one through the contact form or by phone.
What happens if parts need to be sourced?
We'll tell you what's needed and where we intend to source it. For modern watches, manufacturer parts are preferred where available. For older movements, we draw on a network of specialist suppliers and will discuss options with you before ordering anything.
How does the heritage conservation pricing work?
Conservation projects begin with a written assessment. We outline what the piece needs, present a cost plan in stages, and nothing proceeds until you've agreed to each stage. The starting price of ฿32,400 covers initial assessment and documentation; further costs depend on the scope of work required.
Can you work on any watch brand?
We work across a wide range of mechanical and automatic movements, from everyday Swiss watches to vintage Japanese pieces. If a movement falls outside our scope, we'll say so and suggest an appropriate next step rather than attempt work we're not suited to.
Is my watch safe with you while it's being serviced?
All pieces in our care are kept in a secure workshop space. Each item is logged on receipt with a description and condition record, and you receive a copy. We take responsibility for what we hold seriously.
